@OculusSupport hello. I cannot install any of my “not installed” apps. Also tried downloading a free app from the store but that didn’t work either. The internet connection is fine and I reached out to support with a request. Many Thanks

Trying to download something from the Oculus Quest Store results in an infinite spinning wheel and the item you purchased / downloaded never actually makes it to the library.
Users have tried basic workarounds like turning the Oculus Quest off and on, but the problem just persists.
However, some redditors have been able to pinpoint the culprit behind the bug that prevents apps from installing on the Oculus Quest 2.
It turned out to be a recent firmware update that was released around the same time that reports came in.
But downloading and installing apps isn’t the only problem users face as some have even complained that all of their installed apps were lost after the update.
Some have also reported being unable to use Air Link at all, which prevents them from playing anything that they have on a PC.
Fortunately, on Twitter, Oculus has already acknowledged the issues and says they are aware of them.

The VR headset company also said the problem is temporary and likely to go away on its own, but that they are still working to resolve it.
