the Oculus Quest 2 is one of the easiest ways to get started in virtual reality gaming. For just under 300 euros you get everything you need – with the essential headset and two wireless controllers. And unlike other VR headsets, you don’t need a console or PC to play games – like the exclusive Resident Evil 4 VR – with an Oculus Quest 2.
All you need is a smartphone and the free downloadable Oculus app to set up your headset. If you like the sound, the good news is that there’s plenty to pick up for Black Friday 2021. At the moment, Amazon UK is throwing in £ 50 free credit when purchasing an Oculus Quest 2 128GB or 256GB model.
These devices cost € 299 and € 399 respectively.
To take advantage of this great offer, all you need to do is buy one Oculus Quest 2 from Amazon UK between November 22nd and 30th.
You will then receive a promotional code that will grant you £ 50 Amazon UK credit that you can redeem by January 14, 2022.

The Oculus Quest 2 has only been on the market for a little over a year, but there are already plenty of great games out there that you can play with the VR headset.
From the recently released Resident Evil 4 VR to the popular VR rhythm game Beat Saber to the stylist action game Superhot VR, there are plenty of games to try out as soon as you get your hands on your shiny new headset.
When Oculus Quest 2 first came out, Express.co.uk put it through its paces.
We gave the virtual reality device an almost perfect 4.5 out of five with our main problem being having to use a Facebook account to access it.
As we said in our review last year, “However, if you take the forced Facebook integration out of the equation, there is very little wrong with the Oculus Quest 2.
“While missing some of the exclusive PlayStation VR top tier, the Oculus App Store is packed with fantastic games and experiences, from David Attenborough’s Micro Monsters to the bizarrely brilliant kayak stealth-em-up Phantom Covert Ops.
“The fact that you can experience these titles wirelessly and without a base device makes the Oculus Quest 2 an incredibly attractive offer for anyone thinking about entering the virtual world.”
