While there are plenty of other VR headsets out there – and Sony is also planning a PSVR 2 for its PS5 console – the Quest 2 remains the cheapest option for anyone looking to try VR content.

There are currently two models available for purchase – the 128 GB and 256 GB models of the Oculus Quest 2.
There is no other difference in these, just the storage. It depends on what you will be using the headset for.
The file size of an app can vary depending on the content. For example, a game like Fruit Ninja VR is 464MB while YouTube VR is 90MB.
If you feel like you’re going to be downloading a lot of games and apps instead of streaming them from your PC, the 256GB model might make more sense.
Otherwise, save yourself some cash and check out the 128GB model instead.

Facebook is going through a brand update, renaming the parent company to Meta, and moving Facebook to a subsidiary within the umbrella of Mark Zuckerberg’s portfolio alongside WhatsApp and Instagram.
Meta has already confirmed that the next headset will be renamed Meta Quest. While not an Oculus Quest 3 confirmation, it does confirm that a new headset may be on the way.
But the Quest 2 does not stand still thanks to its impressive equipment. With Black Friday approaching, it’s a great time to snap one up.
