An Oculus Quest 2 Active Pack will be launched in 2022, including new accessories for those using VR for fitness.

Other companies have released third-party peripherals for Quest Fitness and Hygiene. VR Cover, for example, has a number of facial interfaces to help manage the sweat that arises when playing in VR, and it also has its own controller handles. Meta’s new Active Pack appears to be largely based on these offerings.
The Active Pack continues the line of Quest 2 accessories that Facebook introduced last year, starting with the Elite Headstrap series that was introduced along with the device. Fitness has emerged as an unexpected benefit for VR headsets lately as gamers launch apps like Supernatural and FitXR to help them stay healthy as the COVID-19 pandemic progresses.
