The right way to Refund a Recreation on Oculus Quest 2
There’s a pretty broad range in VR game quality, and players may find themselves wanting to refund a game on Oculus Quest 2.
the OculusQuest 2 is a conveniently packaged headset for VR enthusiasts and first-timers, offering a self-contained way for users to play VR games. Of course, not every game is going to be a winner, and there may come a time when players feel like refunding a game. Here’s how to refund a game on Oculus Quest 2.
Keep in mind that there are some requirements to refund an Oculus Quest 2 game if players decide they don’t like it. That being said, it’s notoriously difficult to refund games on most platforms, and Oculus is relatively lenient when it comes to its own policy. So long as the software has been used for less than two hours and was purchased within the last two weeks, users should be able to get their money back.

How to Refund Games on Oculus Quest 2
To refund a game on the Oculus Quest 2, open the Oculus app on any iPhone, tablet, or other supported device. From there, hit the “Menu” button in the bottom-right-hand corner of the screen. From there, select settings, then purchase history. It should be the third option in the new menu that pops up.
Once users are in their purchase history, they should see a list of the most recent software they purchased as well as the price and payment method that was used to acquire each one. Tap the purchase to be refunded, and hit “Request Refund.” If the game is ineligible for a refund, a prompt will appear declaring the reason why. Otherwise, players should be informed that their refund request has been submitted.
Once a refund request is submitted, users should know in a relatively short period whether or not it has been accepted, usually a few hours but typically no longer than a single business day. Do note, however, that it can take some time before the funds are returned to the account they came from, so it’s not an instant process. That being said, it’s still better than losing the funds permanently for a game that just isn’t clicking.
There will be no real reason to refund the best VR games out there, but it’s also more difficult to find VR experiences that click than with traditional games. Motion sickness and vertigo can make certain titles unappealing, and that’s cause enough to refund a game that just isn’t working out.
