Facebook paused sales of the Oculus Quest 2, the company announced on Tuesday, citing an issue with the VR headset that got under the skin of some users. Actually, right on your skin.

An internal investigation revealed that the headset’s foam faceplate has caused multiple cases of contact dermatitis, a type of rash that can flare up when your skin touches certain materials. (We saw some gruesome photos online that supposedly show some of these cases. But we’ll let you do the Google Images search – here is Here’s how to clear the last 15 minutes of your search history if it does.)

If you already own an Oculus Quest 2 – and you don’t want your virtual reality experience to be hampered by an itchy rash in your real-world reality – you can order a free silicone case on Facebook that will keep the foam from contacting the foam on your skin. Here is what you need to do:

1. Click this link that will take you to the message from Oculus about the callback.

2. Scroll down until you see the blue button that says. see Go to my devices.

3. Sign in with your Facebook profile or Oculus account.

4th. Your Oculus Quest 2 should appear under the My devices Section. Click the button that says Request silicone face interface cover.

5. Enter your delivery address.

As for the future of the Quest 2, the headset will return to the market on August 24th and the $ 299 model will now offer 128GB of internal storage instead of just 64GB. Plus, with the silicone faceplate cover also included in the box of the updated headset, you can hopefully explore the VR worlds of Oculus without a rash.
