Tilt Brush from Google
Paint a 3D picture using cool brushes and effects that will allow you to create a work of art in no time. Tilting brush has been used by artists, exercisers, in physical therapy and mental health therapy and is just an all around fun experience to play around with. This is a great platform to get familiar with VR controllers without the added pressure of aiming and shooting or crouching to avoid attack.
The VR Institute for Health and Exercise says that gambling Tilting brush can burn up to 2-4 calories per minute or comparable to walking.

Job simulator
This is a low key job simulator where robots have taken over the world and its jobs. You will level up and get promoted by following job-related tasks like eating donuts, pretending to be working on a computer, and your robot boss’ instructions. This is a great game that lets you get used to using the controllers to pick up objects, open drawers, and toss objects around.
Job simulator is rated equivalent to walking by the VR Institute of Health and Exercise and burns 2-4 calories per minute.

Guided meditation VR
This is a great VR application for seeing what virtual reality meditation is all about. There are 22 environments to choose from and 400 places to relax and recharge your batteries after a long day. Turn the music on or off and choose guided meditations depending on how you are feeling in the moment (sleep, focus, motherhood, etc.), or go on your own meditation journey. Turn on movement to move through environments or relax with silence and nature around you.
Guided meditation VR does not have a fitness rating, but is particularly effective for clearing the mind and revitalizing the body.

Fruit Ninja VR
You are a ninja armed with two katana swords. Your goal is to slice and dice as much fruit as possible while blocking sizzling bombs and keeping them from exploding in your face. This is a beginner friendly game that has extra repetition value as you increase the difficulty in Survival Mode for a game until you are unable to lift your arm training session. Use the katana to stack fruits like a kabob for combination points and slow down time to get more fruits. This is a carefree game that will teach you how to use weapons in VR games while challenging your coordination skills.
Fruit Ninja VR has a rating from the VR Institute of Health and Exercise comparable to exercising on the elliptical, which burns 4-6 calories per minute.

Sparc
Sparc is a good introduction to vSports and a more physically active VR game that is a cross between dodgeball and racquetball. Each player hits his ball at the other player for points and to change the size and speed of the ball. He also aims at the circle behind him for a hit. This is a great active game that welcomes newbies (rookies) to participate in a player versus player (PvP) match, and has a high replay value as you progress through the ranks to pro-level status with practice.
This game doesn’t have a fitness rating, but it is a light to medium upper body workout.

Racket: NX
Racket: NX is a tennis versus racquetball VR game that equips you with a paddle that you can use to hit a ball that ricochets off a polygon wall. Hit solo and group polygons for points, stripes and power-ups. Hitting the ball hard and fast will test your reaction times and accuracy, making it a mid range workout. This game is an increase in the intensity of Sparc, unless you have the option of playing online alone or with other players. A great introduction to a more action-intensive VR game.
The VR Institute of Health and Exercise reports that gambling Racket: NX has a fitness level equivalent to exercising on an elliptical trainer and burns 4-6 calories per minute.
