Oculus Quest 2 Video games Coming In 2021
VR game fans can look forward to the Oculus Quest 2 this year.
The Oculus Quest 2 is an all-in-one VR system that puts you in a game with its impressive headset. It wasn’t released until October 13, 2020 so players are excited to see what games will be added for them to play on this platform. The latest titles for 2021 already look promising, taking VR games to the next level.
There is a game for everyone, whether you like horror, RPG, or survival. The same games are available for Oculus Quest and Oculus Quest 2, but they look better on the newer system. The exact release dates aren’t always known, but fans know they expect their appearance on Oculus Quest 2 in 2021!
10 Yupiter degree (TBD)
Your main form of travel in this game is dealing with hooks and there is a single player campaign for you to complete. There are over 50 levels plus a time attack mode where you compete against each other in arcade games to reach the leaderboards. You can sit or stand and there are tons of puzzles to solve along the way too.
9 Cosmophobia (TBD)
This is a survival horror game in which you have to escape a dying spaceship. You’ll have to collect resources while dodging a growling monster, and one look at the trailer will give you goosebumps. It’s not for everyone, but if you’re looking for something to keep you up at night then this is the game for you.
8th The Rise 2 (TBD)
If you’ve always wanted to take part in extreme climbing without taking the risk, then this game is a match. You can solo climbs for free while exploring mountains and caves with incredible graphics. It’s a great game to look forward to once you’ve finished Half-Life: Alyx. It allows you to start the adventure of a lifetime without ever leaving your home and you can play it while sitting or standing.
7th Flow Weaver (TBD)
This is a puzzle and adventure game that lasts about three hours. The exact release date has not yet been announced, but it will definitely be released sometime in 2021.
The basic idea is that you are trapped in a room and there are magical rivers that contain puzzles that you must solve in order to escape. It will be full of fantasy and fun that will keep you entertained from start to finish.
6th Gorn (January 28)
Gorn is coming soon as soon as it releases on January 28, 2021, and it will cost you $ 19.99. It supports player mode on a room scale and is full of violence and blood. You can use a range of weapons and the goal is to brutalize as many opponents as you can in this gladiator-style game and the fans just hope it doesn’t flop like Cyberpunk 2077.
5 Carly and the Reaperman (TBD)
This game is already a hit on PlayStation and Microsoft Windows, which is why they decided to port it to the Oculus Quest 2. These other platforms have both single player and co-op modes. So it will be interesting to see when they incorporate this into the game. The goal is to escape the underworld by maneuvering around obstacles and solving various puzzles to clear a path.
4th Green Hell (TBD)
This is a survival video game where you will be thrown into the rainforest with nothing. You’ll need to craft tools and supplies, and search the area to gather materials.
It’s coming to PC too and right now it looks amazing between graphics and trailer gameplay. There will be many challenges and only the strongest and brightest players will survive in this land.
3 Ilysia (TBD)
The release date has not yet been set, but it will be a room-scale, multi-player online VR RPG. There’s a whole world to explore as you climb, hunt, and defeat multiple bosses. The developers are also planning to implement a PVP, but even if they don’t get around to adding that, airships still need to be controlled and pets collected, which makes it interesting.
2 The Invisible Hours (TBD)
This game may be three years old, but because of the popularity of this headset, they make it unlike other budget VR headsets for the Oculus Quest 2. It will feature a series of stories that take place in a mansion as part of a crime thriller for you to solve. You will wander the halls listening to interesting characters like Thomas Edison and a blind butler talking to you to uncover the truth.
1 Demeo (TBD)
The official release date has not yet been set, but it is one of the most anticipated games to hit this platform. It is a turn-based dungeon crawler and is intended to be played as a virtual game night with friends. The great thing about this game is that if you don’t own the Oculus Quest, it can be played with just one monitor on the PC, and it supports cross-play between systems so all of your friends can play.
