When do Black Friday Oculus Quest 2 deals start?
Black Friday falls on November 26th this year, but deals typically start at least around Thanksgiving week. In fact, last year’s growing demand for online retail and the possibility of delivery delays before the holidays meant that discounts were marketed as “Black Friday” as early as October.
Black Friday Oculus Quest 2 deals are slightly different, however. These are going to be skyrocketing discounts, so we would expect retailers to reserve their deals at least a few days before the main Black Friday sale starts. We recommend looking carefully from November 19th and having your wallet ready to hand from November 24th.

We can’t see a significant drop in price on the horizon considering this headset hasn’t seen a dollar less from its MSRP in its lifetime. However, if there are blockbuster savings of $ 20 then you need to jump in quickly as these headsets sell out at the best of times.
However, if you’re looking for a more reliable way to save money, it’s better to get a few accessories with your headset.
As it stands today, the Starter Bundle includes a headset and carry case for $ 348, the Streamer Bundle includes a cable for use with your PC for $ 378, and the Pro Bundle includes a carry case and Elite Strap in Includes the headset for $ 397.
Of course, these are only the official bundles. We have seen retailers like Best Buy and Walmart in particular offer additional controllers, convenience handles, tote bags, headphones, and wrist straps at a discounted price, and this is where we will likely make the greatest savings. Black Friday Oculus Quest 2 deals will favor those who want to get all the extras from day one, with the highest value packages ranging from $ 399 to $ 499.
It is of course also likely that we will see individual savings in these accessories themselves. Will Oculus Quest 2 be in stock on Black Friday?

The headset was unavailable for a month earlier this year as the material previously used in the face shield reportedly irritated certain users’ skin. With a new Faceplace for all headsets and lots of boxes on the shelves, we are optimistic for a full house in November.

One of the greatest advantages of the Oculus Quest 2 system is that you don’t need a PC to run it. That means you only have to pay the initial cost of $ 299 / £ 299 and you’re good to go without the need for an expensive gaming PC. Of course, streamers and those looking to upgrade their experience can hook up their rigs, but rest assured you won’t have to look for the latest components to power this VR headset.
Should you buy an Oculus Quest 2 before Black Friday?
If you can’t wait to immerse yourself in a virtual reality world, it can be tempting to grab a headset before Oculus Quest 2 officially lands on Black Friday. We don’t expect many discounts on the headset itself (though flash sales that day could still prove we were wrong), which means there isn’t too much of a risk of being snipped on the price here.
However, this is still a popular item and is showing up on retailer shelves for the second year. That means you may miss out on bundle deals with official accessories or credits to buy apps and games if you make an early jump.
